The interdisciplinary nature of our past and present projects has enabled us to create a diverse range of graphics across various research domains. These include geology, geochemistry, forensic science, oceanography, biological anthropology, physical geography, genetics, ancient DNA, and vegetation science, among others. Notably, our graphics have been published in prestigious international journals, such as Science.
 

We are proficient in an array of vector and raster graphics software packages (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Inkscape, Sketchup) and 3D processing programs (e.g., Geomagic, Meshlab, CloudCompare, Avizo, VisualSFM, Blender). We are skilled in illustration, image manipulation, and layout design/formatting. We are also well-versed in statistical and plotting software (e.g., R, SPSS, JMP, PAST, Data Graph) for data analysis and visualization, as well as GIS and mapping software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS, GeoMapApp, 3D Map Generator, Surfer) for creating 2D and 3D terrain maps using geospatial data.
